Founded by Catholic Sisters in 1972, we are committed to centering racial justice and equity at the heart of our political ministry and to holding ourselves accountable to communities of color inside and outside of our organization, in order to dismantle systemic racism in our society. NETWORK’s commitment to Gospel values and Catholic Social Justice principles is expressed on two websites. The first, NETWORK Lobby for Catholic Social Justice, is a 501(c)(4) non-profit whose work focuses on lobbying and grassroots advocacy for specific legislation and policies to advance the common good. The second, NETWORK Advocates for Catholic Social Justice, at www.networkadvocates.org, is a 501c)(3) non-profit devoted to advocacy and voter education, including training, webinars, and other resources, on the policies that are central to our mission.
